Dana Nissan Versa

Just landed at SFO. Where do I find the car?

Replied

Welcome to SF, Dana! The Versa is in the SFO Long-Term garage, level 3, row C. Your access steps are in the Turo app under trip details. Safe drive!

Answered from

  • Your rules: SFO pickup is Long-Term garage, level 3, row C
  • Your rules: overnight, routine questions may send

It answers from what you wrote down.

Every reply comes from three places. If the answer isn't there, it doesn't guess. The message goes to you.

The trip
Guest, car, dates and pickup area. It knows whether the trip hasn't started, is under way or just ended, and what time it is where the guest is.
The car
Your notes on each car: the key fob, child seats, the quirk everyone asks about.
Your house rules
Pickup steps, when it may send on its own, who to text, and what it must never tell a guest.
How it joins
As a co-host on your Turo team. You never share your Turo password. It replies in the guest's language and never takes payment or contact off Turo.
House rules Example Rentals
SFO pickup
Long-Term garage, level 3, row C. Access steps sent in the Turo app.
Return
Same spot. Photo of the dashboard showing fuel and miles.
Sends on its own
8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Overnight: routine questions only.
Never tell guests
Home address. Personal phone number.

An example of the rules you fill in at app.roadreply.io.

Some messages always come to you.

These never go out on their own. The rule lives in code, not in the AI's judgment, so it holds no matter what. You get a text with a draft you can edit.

  • LockboxLockbox codes and exact addresses
  • MoneyFees, refunds, discounts and prices
  • DamageDamage, accidents and claims
  • SafetySafety and emergencies

So does anything it isn't sure about, and anything where a wrong answer could cost you money or strand a guest.

Start in shadow. Go live when you trust it.

  1. Set up

Add your cars and house rules at app.roadreply.io, then invite RoadReply to your Turo hosting team.

  2. Shadow

It drafts a reply to every guest message and texts it to you. Nothing reaches a guest until you approve.

  3. Live

You choose which kinds of messages it sends on its own, and during which hours. Everything else still comes to you.

Your hours, your categories.

Outside your hours it either holds every message or sends only routine answers like pickup steps. Pause it any time and everything comes back to you.

Questions hosts ask

Do I give RoadReply my Turo password?

No. You add RoadReply's co-host account to your hosting team on Turo, the same way you would add a person.

Will it make things up?

It only uses your rules, the trip and the conversation so far. When a fact isn't there, it sends the message to you with a draft instead of guessing.

What does it do with a message that needs nothing back?

It stays quiet. A guest saying "thanks!" after a settled question doesn't get a reply for the sake of it. A guest saying "done" after uploading their license gets the next step.

What if a guest is running late?

It leads with reassurance, then tells them what happens next using your pickup rules. It won't ask them to change the trip unless your rules say so.

Which languages does it speak?

It replies in the language the guest wrote in.

Is RoadReply part of Turo?

No. RoadReply is made by Rockit AI LLC and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Turo.

Let the next 2 AM message answer itself.
